FEHD exists for a simple reason: the quality of a society tracks the quality of its educators. We prepare teachers, leaders, psychologists and researchers who can hold both rigour and care — who can read a classroom, a policy, and a child with equal seriousness. Our work is local and stubbornly international; it is scholarly, and it is useful on a Monday morning.

Mission

We educate teachers and human-development professionals, produce research that policymakers and schools can act on, and walk with partners from Tai Po to the wider world.
